In the field of Condominium Management, there is no company like Faaz. In the summer of 2020, they came to our team with the development of a website in mind, built from scratch, highly customized and along with the quality level of the Flybizz Agency. With the partner company of Faaz, we were ready to give wings to a project that would be giving time to its clients when it comes to condominium management and offers them an easiest, faster and more efficient experience. By doing so, we would turn into the pioneers of the development of the front-end and back-end of this website.
Faaz makes everything related to convenient condominium management happen, by offering a solution suitable to every condominium member and the specific needs of each condominium. With a DNA focused on facility, simplicity, professionalism, focus on the client and total availability, “Condominium Management when and how you want” is their motto, which our Agency helped to expand.
The first challenge of this project was the construction of the website’s front-end. While the partner company was in charge of its design, based on a template provided by our Agency, Flybizz was focused on its development. The biggest challenge would be to reproduce exactly the design drawn by them and dreamt by Faaz, detail to detail. We realized from the beginning that this was a project thought with heart and soul and that we could never divert from the simple and informal communication idealized by the company.
When this phase was concluded, we immediately began the second challenge: building the tool that would simplify the management of the Faaz’s business, that is, the back-end of the website. With a structure 100% Flybizz made, we applied it to the client’s needs and built a space where all their team (including the franchisees) could manage leads, contacts, all the visual parts of the website and even send proposals to those leads.
Even though we always face competition analysis as the golden rule of any project, we can’t look at this one like that, since it is a completely different and innovative project when compared to its competitors. Never has a brand focused on condominium management adopted such user-friendly lines, colour and speech. We believe that this was the piece that was missing in this field for a long a time and we feel like a proud Agency of the part we took, by contributing to the growth of Faaz and its business area.
While the partner company created the design for Faaz’s new website, our Agency kept track of all the process, to get familiar with the structure since the very beginning. We talked regularly with the team via Whatsapp, studied all the possibilities together and, above all, worked as a team. As soon as they finished the design, Flybizz started by developing the structure of every page – that is, the skeleton of the website – in HTML code, to match it exactly with the design that the partner company created. Through the platform Figma, we managed to always have access to the design of each page.
With the skeleton set up, we started by stylizing the website through CSS, so it meets the planned design again (from colours, icons, images, buttons, text, etc.). The text, also wrote by the partner company, were inserted and adjusted to the skeleton.
To finish, we dedicated our time to the construction of the forms of the website through PHP. In this last phase, we tested those daily, solved problems and made the improvements indicated by the client. This was where the first stage of this challenging project ended.

With the visual structure of the website finished, we dug our hands into the Development of its back-end, the cornerstone that holds the management of such a sustainable business as Faaz. The structure was built from scratch by our Agency and was adapted to the client’s needs. Without it, and due to the complexity of its core business, the company could never have all the information about its partners and clients gathered in one place.
The main focus of Faaz’s backend has always been its CRM system – that is, the tab that allows the company to manage its franchisees and condominium members from one single place. Here, those have been divided into two modules, differentiated by colours: franchisees with yellow and condominium members with purple. This colour scheme enables more intuitive and simplified management to the Faaz team, with these colours being represented by the same way in the website’s front-end, making it easier to differentiate and recognize.
The franchisees are registered on a list in the back-end, being differentiated by its cover area – that is, by the area of the country where they act. This differentiation is done by zip code, allowed by Faaz’s database of every zip code in Portugal, built by the Flybizz Agency. This means that there was no need to use an external API, which would later bring more costs and waste of time for the company. The construction of a personal database is a task that involves a big investment of time, however, our Agency considers it a crucial part for the success of this project.
In practice, how can the segmentation of franchisees be useful to the business? Quando condominuim members access Faaz’s website, they can ask for a proposoal in one of its many lead forms, by indicating their zip code. Thereby, they are directed to a franchisee within their geographical area, with all this management being done through the backend, including, the submission of proposals.
Each franchisee has its own personal log in to access the backend. There, they can visualize their list of condominium members and manage everything from one single place. The franchisee can only see its own informations and has no access to the information of other franchisees.
Besides the CRM system, many other features were built for Faaz. From the tab “website”, that allows content management of the front-end (pages, news, multimedia and even the customization of structures like the footer and menu), to the tab “Recruitment”, where all the applications arrive after being sent through the recruitment forms on the website. The contacts (from the form in the page “Contacts”) and the newsletter subscriptions arrive here.
In this way, the Flybizz Agency helped Faaz growing not only externally, but also internally. With their back-end, the company will start having more autonomy when it comes to content management and client management, winning more profitability and saving time and money.
Besides the initial communication with the partner company, we’ve also kept current contact with the client – via Whatsapp and e-mail -, always listening closely to their hopes and dreams. Every challenge was easier to overcome with this team spirit and collaboration between every part. An innovative project, that left a mark on the Flybizz Agency and allowed our Web Development team to grow.
